OCEM Video Editing Internship

Challenge
Produce engaging advertisement and instructional videos to market the University of Illinois to prospective students and inform students on application process.

Result
At the Office of Communications for Enrollment Management, I cultivated my video production and post-production skillset. I collaborated with the marketing and communications team along with fellow designers to create content for the University’s social media accounts, with content of mine garnering over 50K views on YouTube and 20K on TikTok.

My goal with these ads was to present viewers with a peak into the vast array of opportunities the University offers in its majors, extracurriculars and sports. I wanted to showcase both programs the school is already well known for, but also areas that don’t get as much attention.
